At SPIPE, we build our pipes to withstand the test of time. We use aerospace-grade aluminum and epoxy-shielded magnets to ensure a premium experience for years to come.
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 10-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What is Covered (The Good Stuff)
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Magnet Integrity: We guarantee that the magnets will retain their magnetic pull and will not lose their charge.

Epoxy Coating: Coverage against the cracking, peeling, or failure of the epoxy protective shield surrounding the magnets.

Magnet Housing: We guarantee that the magnets will remain securely bonded and embedded within the aluminum body.

Structural Failures: Any structural cracking or warping of the aluminum body caused by heat from normal smoking use.

Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to the CNC machining or assembly that prevent the pipe from functioning as intended.
What is NOT Covered (The Fine Print)
To keep our business sustainable, we cannot cover damage caused by external factors or "life happening":

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural fading of the anodized color, minor surface scratches, or "patina" from regular handling.

Accidental Damage: If you drop your pipe on concrete, run it over with a car, or lose it-that’s on you (though we feel your pain!).

Misuse & Abuse: Damage caused by using the pipe for anything other than its intended purpose.

Chemical Damage: Corrosion or coating failure caused by harsh cleaning agents (e.g., Acetone, bleach, or industrial degreasers). Pro tip: Stick to Isopropyl alcohol.

Extreme Heat: Damage caused by exposure to extreme external heat sources (e.g., putting the pipe in a dishwasher, oven, or direct contact with a torch flame on the magnet area).

Modifications: Any attempt to drill, file, or alter the pipe will void the warranty.
How to Make a Claim:

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original order number or receipt.

Contact Us: Email us at support@myspipe.com with a clear photo and description of the defect.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our service center. If the claim is valid, we will ship your repaired or replacement item back to you free of charge.
Quality control is our priority, but if something went wrong, we are here to fix it. Please report any missing or damaged items within 72 hours of delivery.

Our standard international shipping typically takes between 5-14 business days. Please note that due to the nature of our products, an adult signature (21+ in the USA / 18+ internationally) may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may initiate a return within 14 days of the original delivery date under the following terms:

New Items: Products must be brand new in the original packaging for a full refund.

Lightly Used Items: Used items may be returned for store credit or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds: Refunds and store credits are issued for the product price and taxes only. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not fully meet our Return Policy requirements.

Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. Items sent without an RA number will not be processed.

Labeling: Write the RA number clearly on all sides of the package.

Packaging: Securely package the product with all original components and protective materials.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Processing: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once received.
